Each year Taste of Dublin brings guests to a foodie haven that’s the unmissable highlight of the summer. Taste of Dublin offers visitors the unique opportunity to source essential ingredients from artisan producers, engage with Ireland’s top culinary talent, be on the front line of masterclasses from and relax in the gourmet atmosphere of the summer’s finest food and drink festival.
Dyson is all about cutting-edge innovation and sleek design. They’re the pioneers of high-tech home appliances, from their powerful vacuum cleaners to their futuristic bladeless fans and innovative hair care tools.
Dyson had a plan to set up an activation space at Taste of Dublin. Their marketing client reached out to BILD to help them bring their vision for the exhibition to life.
Challenge:
The challenge presented to us was to create an activation space named the “Dyson cube” that would serve as a premium and interactive environment for showcasing their products. The client expressed the need for panoramic views within the cube, emphasising the importance of a fully enclosed structure with power capabilities to facilitate various product demonstrations. Additionally, the client wanted to ensure an effective showcasing of their brand awareness throughout the space.
Solution:
To address these requirements, we proposed using two of our panaroom structures interconnected to achieve the desired cube-like appearance. These structures come equipped with flooring, power outlets, lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows, perfectly aligning with the client’s vision for an engaging activation space. We also sourced and incorporated their branding into the design, utilising a custom purpose-built framing method. This approach enabled us to create a full surround header board, effectively showcasing the Dyson brand from every angle both within and outside of the cube. The client’s objective of maximising brand visibility and creating an immersive experience for visitors was acheived.
